Fantastic Rock Climbing Locations
Your South Wales rock climbing adventure will take place at the stunning Llangattock Escarpment, high above the Usk Valley. The limestone cliffs here have had a long history, formed hundreds of millions of years ago, before being quarried during the industrial revolution to leave the rock faces we now use to climb on. It’s hard to imagine this place as a hive of industry now though, with only birdsong and sheep to disturb the peace of this lovely mountainside.
Skilled Rock Climbing Instructors
All of our rock climbing instructors are qualified, experienced and extremely familiar with our venues. We only work with carefully chosen instructors who hold a minimum of the Rock Climbing Instructor Award, so you can be assured of the best experience.
We’re here to help you make the most of your activity, so whether you need a little extra support or even a bit more challenge, your instructor will tailor the session to you.
Age Limits?
We’re happy to have children aged 8 and upwards on our sessions, but all children must have signed consent from their own legal guardian to participate, and must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged over 18 throughout the session.
Small Group Sizes
We restrict group sizes to a maximum of just 8 on our 3 hour taster sessions, meaning you should get plenty of hands on time on the rock!
