Curriculum-ready outdoor learning
Our fully interactive outdoor learning sessions can be delivered on school premises across South Wales, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Herefordshire, Worcestershire or at activity sites throughout the Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and South Wales area. All of our sessions are designed with your students’ needs in mind and are easily mapped to the national curriculum and Curriculum for Wales to help take the pressure off hard-working teachers.
Flexible Outdoor Learning
We can provide a full or half day of outdoor adventurous activities, or can spread a themed programme over a number of weeks. To make our programmes relevant to your programme of study, we can provide additional resources in the form of work sheets and diaries for use in the classroom. This helps to reinforce and demonstrate what students have learned during the session and provides additional opportunities to enrich literacy and expressive communication lessons.
School outdoor residentials
We provide bespoke outdoor residential experiences in South Wales, the Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and beyond, working with schools to meet their goals. School residentials help students develop their confidence, teamwork, independent thinking skills and resilience. We know how much teachers value the overall value of a residential. That’s why challenging activities are only part of the package. We support you and your students with the experience of spending time away from home, developing independence and living alongside peers. That’s what makes the immeasurable difference back at school. Our wide range of activities enables us to find a challenge for most students. Some of our activities involve risk, which when managed appropriately with experienced instructors, is vital for the development of resilience, teamwork, confidence and independence in the students we work with. Active reviewing of activities helps students to process what they’ve learned and gained through our activities.

Choose your activities
Choose from rock climbing, abseiling, caving, bushcraft, navigation, archery and team building, all in beautiful outdoor surroundings.
Most of our adventurous activities take place at Symonds Yat Rock in the Forest of Dean, Llangattock Escarpment near Crickhowell or in the waterfalls area of Bannau Brycheiniog / Brecon Beacons national park. This means that we’re only an hour or so from Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea and Birmingham. We can also bring our mobile archery range, bushcraft and team building activities to your school site.
